During this extraordinary time, it’s essential to remain aware of the things that make us thankful and proud. We’re grateful to have Q2 SVP and Chief Information Officer Lou Senko on the Q2 team, and we’re pleased to announce that he has been recognized for his leadership in the technology field and contributions to the Central Texas community. Earlier this year, InnoTech and SIM Austin recognized Lou’s accomplishments and character, naming him the recipient of the 2020 IT Executive of the Year Award.
The award recognizes IT professionals who have employed information technology or communications to improve lives within the communities they serve.
Lou brings invaluable leadership skills, creativity, and competence to his work at Q2, serving as an agent of change and innovation for the organization. In his role, Lou is responsible for aligning Q2’s technology investments with business goals to drive growth and leading a team that ensures each investment provides the resilience, high performance, and outstanding quality Q2 customers expect.
Lou brings a passionate dedication to the contributions he makes within the Central Texas community. He lends his expertise to local startups looking for expert input, and regularly speaks at events across the country. He is also a mentor for undergraduate student teams at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and Westlake High School’s business incubator program.
The Q2 team extends our hearty congratulations to Lou, as well as our gratitude for all he does to further Q2’s mission.
